Welcome to the Manor Hill Owners Association Website. We hope you find answers to any questions you may have in the pages on the right, but if not, please contact any of the MHOA Board Members listed on the appropriate page. You will find them to be helpful and accommodating to your needs.
If there is anything that you wish to question or discuss in greater detail than can be accomplished in a telephone conversation, please come to one of our association’s regular meetings. These are held each quarter (January – our Annual Meeting; April; July; and October) on the second Monday of the month at 7:00 PM in the Sun ‘n Lake Community Center at 3500 Edgewater Drive. All owners of property in Manor Hill are automatically voting members of the MHOA, and have an equal voice in our policies and decisions. Non-members may also attend the meetings, but are not eligible to vote on issues concerning the association.
If you have suggestions for improving our website, we welcome your input. And please also check out our Committees page. Your association is always looking for help, and we would welcome your participation.
